Description

Must Have experience:

Content Development:

  • Create compelling written and visual content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media updates, website content, and multimedia materials.
  • Work with CSS: Asian Elephant partners and stakeholders on the development of key communication assets including, for example Guidelines, workshop summaries, position statements and scientific publications. 
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of information.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and curate the organization's social media accounts, ensuring content aligns with communication goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand image.

Internal Communications:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging within the organization.
  • Create internal communication materials, such as newsletters and announcements.

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop crisis communication plans and strategies, ready to be implemented in case of emergencies or adverse situations.
  • Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations, maintaining transparency and trust.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including press conferences, stakeholder workshops and training, product launches, and promotional activities.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify communication opportunities and trends.
  • Use research findings to adjust communication strategies accordingly.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
