Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of information.
Social Media Management:
Manage and curate the organization's social media accounts, ensuring content aligns with communication goals.
Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand image.
Internal Communications:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging within the organization.
Create internal communication materials, such as newsletters and announcements.
Crisis Communication:
Develop crisis communication plans and strategies, ready to be implemented in case of emergencies or adverse situations.
Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations, maintaining transparency and trust.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing events, including press conferences, stakeholder workshops and training, product launches, and promotional activities.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify communication opportunities and trends.
Use research findings to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
Measurement and Reporting:
