Job Summary

Reporting to our Controller, this position will play a critical role in leading our credit and collection efforts for the business. This is a new position and we are looking for someone who can architect policies and procedures as well as manage seamless execution. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of a world-class credit and receivables team
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and refining systems and processes to meet key business objectives:
    - Providing service excellence to customers and partners
    - Accurate, timely and compliant billing of products and services
    - Timely and appropriate review and approval of adjustments and refunds
    - Timely and accurate cash posting
    - Managing customer credit policies and bad debt
  • Driving the development and implementation of appropriate performance metrics and incentive compensation programs for each key component of the Credit and Receivables team
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics
  • Identify areas of potential risk and recommend to senior management possible resolutions to risk areas.
  • Actively champion the SunRun Mission and Values both internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience, management experience required
  • Must be detailed-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is required
