The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to serve as Manager Record Maintenance for the LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) program to oversee the development and delivery of the new electronic record maintenance program for a rapidly growing, global credentialing program and diverse community of more than 54,000 green building professionals.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Manage and support the development, delivery and promotion of records maintenance system for LEED Credentialed Professionals;
Assist IT department with integration of new vendor product line for a seamless migration of data;
Prepare and vet maintenance polices with key staff and volunteer committees;
Maintain security of data system to ensure quality control and consistent delivery of information to LEED Credentialed Professionals.
Work with volunteer committees and providers of continuing education programs
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum three years relevant professional experience
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, creation of data base flow, data base communication
Interface with technical staff
Experience with SAP
Experience with Association Software Packages
Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to find solutions to difficult situations and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
Experience with a professional certification program is a plus
Knowledge of the green building industry is a plus
