Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator works closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure accuracy and compliance of all non-payroll outgoing payments with Conservation International standards and IRS regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
The Coordinator enters all payment requests into Oracle, prints the checks, and initiates wires. They will also reconcile the grants payable GL accounts and prepare the journal entry for all non-payroll reclassing. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Required: 
  • One year Accounts Payable experience
 
Preferred:
  • Ability to multi-task, apply good judgment, customer service oriented, team player.
  •  Prior customer service experience and knowledge of Oracle accounting software.
