cook & COMMIS CHEF (Live in accommodation available)

Malham Tarn Field Centre, North Yorkshire

We are looking for a Cook and Commis Chef to come on board and join our existing Catering Team.

Cook

Key parts of this role include: cooking and delivery of breakfast and evening meals for up to 90 residential visitors and staff, and occasional meals for non-residential groups. Deputising for the Hospitality and Catering Manager as appropriate. The post will operate on a flexible shift pattern to include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: £14,902 - £17,004 per annum / £7.16 - £8.18 per hour

Commis Chef

Key parts of this role include:  assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunches and evening meals for residential visitors and staff, and occasional meals for non-residential groups.  The post will operate on a flexible shift pattern to include early mornings, evenings and weekends. There is the opportunity to be live-in at the Field Centre.

Salary Range: £13,125 - £14,902 per annum / £6.31 - £7.16 per hour
