Controller - CPA - Construction / Engineering - Denver

Sequence is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations for an established and rapidly growing infrastructure development firm in Colorado.

The ideal individual would have at least 8+ years experience working as a corporate controller for a residential, commercial and/or institutional development firm in Colorado. Must have hands on experience managing all financial operations in excess of $75 Million in scope; with daily oversight and control of internal process’s, AP, A/R, progress billings, cash flow management, forecasting, bank reconciliations, auditing, etc.

Candidates must additionally have the capabilities to work directly with Senior Project Management Staff and Operations Staff in assuring financial directives are adhered to.

Requires Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Colorado CPA Registration is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, experience with Excel, Timberline and related accounting software required.
