Consultant or Senior Consultant in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management and Auditing

This role is principally to support an on-going HSE auditing project for one of this company's key clients. Applicants will need:
- to hold a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Occupational Health and Safety qualification)
- be experienced in conducting health, safety and environmental audits
- have a reasonable understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental legislation, management systems (including OHSAS 18001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001)
- be qualified as Auditors or Lead Auditors (preferably also registered with IRQA or IEAMA).
The post could either be a full-time staff or on contract.  The location will be Aberdeen (preferable) or Glasgow.  Audits will be conducted mainly on the premises of companies based in the UK (principally around Aberdeen, but also at other locations in the UK).  Auditors will also have to travel to locations in Europe (to date audits have been in Holland, Germany and the Netherlands).  These audits follow a standard format.  The job taker will also have scope to work on our client's other projects such as HS and E management systems, auditing, training or other subjects appropriate to your qualifications, skills and experience.
