Consultant / Senior Scientist

APEM seek a senior aquatic scientist to complement a growing team in our Oxford Office. Candidates will likely have a M.Sc. / Ph.D. with three years experience and specialist knowledge within water quality / chemistry, macrophyte ecology, invertebrate biology, fisheries or another field of aquatic science such as geomorphology. You will be familiar with key individuals within your field and have a track record of dealing with corporate sector clients at the highest level. Excellent report writing skills are essential. You will be required to work both independently and as a leader of project teams drawn from our national office locations. Business development and project management experience would be advantageous. You will primarily be office-based, although site visits and client meetings will be required therefore a full driving licence is essential.
