We are seeking a senior/principal consultant to join our Sheffield office to work with existing clients and to drive forward business growth. Central roles within the position are: (a) the utilisation of technical expertise to identify and support implementation of energy / carbon (and other utility) reduction solutions; (b) effective client account management; and; (c) developing new client relationships through marketing and networking.Most of Camco’s clients are large international blue-chip organisations. The post will be customer facing and require the management of multiple projects with the need to meet demanding client expectations. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline (such as energy management) or be able to demonstrate transferrable knowledge and hold (or be working towards) relevant professional status. Ideally the candidate will have a proven consultancy background, although we will also consider applicants with relevant experience, for example from commercial / industrial energy management. The candidate must be able to show excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Applicants with a flair for business development and expertise in industrial energy will be preferred.This is predominately a UK based role, with overseas opportunities for those interested in travel.Whilst we are looking to fill a specific role we would also be interested to explore other opportunities with more senior individuals, with a greater focus on the development of new business.
