Construction Project Manager - Federal Projects – San Diego

Sequence is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a large military construction project at Camp Pendleton, California.

The ideal individual would have at least 8+years of experience working on Military Construction projects revolving around command and control facilities, commercial buildings, hospitals, barracks and/or residential housing. Must have strong knowledge of CQC procedures, budgeting, manpower and equipment scheduling, onsite / as-built estimating and overall project supervision for the backend (finish) construction phases of projects.

Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
