Description: As a Construction Project Accountant I, the primary responsibility for this position is maintaining and refining job cost estimates for large construction projects. In order to effectively fill this role, the incumbent must develop an understanding of project cost structures and the construction process, and apply the information obtained to code invoices to effectively track project costs, establish and maintain open communication lines with project and site managers, develop an understanding of project issues, quantify how they are likely to impact overall progress and costs to complete.
