Description
We need an enthusiastic and committed person to conserve and enhance the most important wildlife habitats in Cambridgeshire, the Fens and The Wash, through influencing local authorities and statutory agencies to take positive action for biodiversity conservation. This will involve developing and effectively advocating RSPB policy, responding to applications for development and planning consultations, and building positive relationships with key external organisations. You will need to have excellent communication skills, previous working experience of influencing local authorities and statutory agencies, and a strong commitment to nature conservation. While the post is based at the regional office in Norwich, we would consider requests to be outposted in Cambridgeshire.
