As, a natural team leader, you will be a focused and skilled communicator - with a range of experience in nature conservation and its advocacy - always a diplomat, decision makers sit up and listen to you. As a member of the country management team, you will share collective responsibility for the country's strategy and work plans. You will enjoy working in a caring and supportive atmosphere where co-delivery thrives - keen to lead and happy to be led.
