Description: We are looking for full-time, fixed term Conservation Manager to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Trust’s conservation team and oversee the delivery of our conservation work. With a team spanning England, Scotland and Wales, we deliver conservation work on the ground through projects and core work, as well as working strategically with partners to influence decision makers. You will be a skilled conservation professional with experience of working at a strategic level. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead and support a team. You will have experience in dealing with varied challenges in a complex role. Experience of project development, and the management of multiple projects, programmes and budgets will be an advantage.
