Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated person to provide administrative support for our Regional Conservation Manager and busy Conservation Team. You will undertake a range of secretarial duties, including arranging meetings, word processing reports and correspondence, preparing presentation materials (including map-making using the RSPB's GIS system), taking telephone enquiries and maintaining financial and data systems. Excellent computer (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and communication skills are essential as is previous experience of working in a busy office administration role. Ideally you will have an interest in nature conservation.
