Description
The post holder will manage the Access to Nature programme and the community engagement staff of South Essex. He or she will manage the community engagement staff directly line managing 3 members of the team, build and sustain lasting partnerships, ensure a high public profile for our work and develop an agreed strategy for our long term continuing community programme.The post holder will need to be a good manager and have excellent communication and people skills.
