Commercial Site Manager (m/f) Offshore
Responsibilities:
- Commercial administration of construction site and support of Senior Site Manager in all commercial areas
- Preparation of regular cost reporting for site activities, validation of reporting together with Senior Site Manager before its release
- Continuous revision of cost actual versus cost planning based on the ongoing execution of the project
- Plausibility check of forecasted costs versus planned costs on the defined cost structure for the project including a monetary evaluation of risks and chances
- Issuing, entry, control and allocation of invoices
- Management of sub-suppliers including sourcing, contracting and payment
- Receivables and claim management
Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Apprenticeship in a commercial area or equivalent educational level
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in commercial administration of large and preferably international construction sites
- Industry know-how is an advantage
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken, proficiency in German is an advantage
- High level of proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Independent, cost-conscious and results-oriented approach, complemented by confidence and team spirit
- Readiness to spend several months on the construction site as the case may be in a foreign country
- Appreciation of the dynamic nature of the offshore wind energy market and the associated changes that may be required at a corporate level
