Commercial Project Manager (m/f) Offshore
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial management of wind farm project:
- Prepare ongoing project performance and progress statements (incl. optimisation)
- Issue monthly internal and external project reports in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager
- Support and challenge commercial decision-making of Senior Project Manager
- Manage project-specific cash flow planning, accounting and project related bank bonds
- Calculate, negotiate and prepare amendments to the contract
- Perform specialist tasks relating to Commercial Operations and Controlling where required
Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management or similar
- Minimum of 3–5 years' work experience, preferably relating to infrastructure projects (e.g. power station construction)
- High level of proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken, proficiency in German is an advantage
- Independent, results-oriented approach, complemented by confidence and team spirit
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Well-developed practical and technical abilities
- Appreciation of the dynamic nature of the offshore wind energy market and the associated changes that may be required at a corporate level
