Responsible for managing the relationship between EC&R and the Non-Wind technology
Working with the local project development teams (internal), the post holder will be responsible for screening, assessing and negotiating development agreements with local developers of PV, CSP &T biomass assets.
Working with the local project development teams (internal) and external project developers to negotiate terms and conditions for PV project and project pipeline acquisitions and disposals.
Responsible for development and upkeep of discounted cashflow models for PV projects in Italy, Spain, France, Bulgaria and other European countries
Analyse market for sale of PV projects in various stages of completion and create pricing benchmarks for such projects in different European countries
Sets up special purpose companies for each individual solar PV project in collaboration with operational country units within Europe
An international and interdisciplinary team approach is crucial for success
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, MBA
3-5 years of work experience as Commercial Manager/Analyst
Experience in Energy Project Finance and/or development required, ideally also in the Solar/PV business
Good Excel Modelling skills
Fluent in English, ideally some other language knowledge
Keen to develop business from ground up and be part of an evolving and dynamic team
Able to work with a variety of different stakeholders from finance partners to local developers to project execution managers Strong interpersonal skills
