Commercial Director

Our client develops and manages high quality office buildings that are genuinely low carbon in use. This is a brand new role and the successful candidate will be required to take ownership of the commercial engine of the company. Duties will include: providing commercial analysis and input to the MD, board and investment processes: authoring key parts of monthly Board and Investment Committee reports, as well as the annual Business Plan. You will be in charge of maintaining the company’s expertise in buildings-related operational carbon emissions and Recruiting, contracting and managing new suppliers and assessing supplier performance across the partnership. We are looking for a commercial manager from a complex service background with good project and communication skills with either an engineering background or qualification.
