We're looking for an experienced and organized commercial attorney to join our growing team!SunRun is expanding our legal team and looking for an experienced Commercial Attorney who will focus on commercial transactions – negotiating, drafting and analyzing a wide variety of sales, partner and development agreements, but also assist with general corporate legal matters and analyze and advise on a broad range of legal issues ranging from real estate, federal and local tax to consumer finance. This attorney will advise our internal clients on the various legal issues and risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial deals and day-to-day business issues and will also assist with the continuous development of our internal customer and partner agreements as well as our internal contract documentation process. We are looking for a diligent and proactive candidate who will bring excellent business judgment and strategic thinking, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment. This position has great potential to expand in terms of depth and breadth depending on the individual’s capability and appetite.
