Your contribution will be
- Coordinating the setup and implementation of the approved Climate Concept, with the goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 throughout the whole organisation, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Liaising with expert consultants, involved teams and external stakeholders for coordinating tasks and assigning responsibilities
- Being responsible for the full project life cycle and its successful delivery and documentation, which includes full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Managing project progress, overseeing quality control, providing status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues as well as managing the day-to-day project activities and project team meetings
- Developing the framework for measuring and reporting on the Climate Concept, including developing and monitoring climate-oriented KPIs, defining the data collection process and measuring KPIs and contributing to improving processes when necessary (in collaboration with other Quality Management team members)
- Creating Reports and Dashboards
- Coordinating the production of sustainability reports used for internal and external audiences, considering the UN SDGs and other relevant frameworks
- Supporting in other quality management tasks as needed
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Strategical and hands on approach with proven international experience and global mindset
- Several years of project management experience, preferably in organisational climate and sustainability projects
- Experience with performance indicators definition, analysis and the development of Reports/ Dashboards
- Knowledge in Power BI is desirable
- Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Collaboration and cooperation abilities paired with excellent project leadership skills

- A gross salary of minimum EUR 40.000,- per year negotiable depending on higher than required qualifications, skills and professional experience relevant for the position
