My client is a Global Private Equity company with a strong focus on the environmental sector.
Responsible for;
• Deal support: Support and co-lead deal teams along the entire investment process, including deal origination, company and industry analysis, due diligence process management, internal investment documentation, deal execution, portfolio monitoring and exit preparation; hands-on assistance to portfolio companies in areas such as internal improvement, reporting and strategy formulation can be an important part of the role
• Research: Identify and conduct research on selected investment sector, current focus is Solar, Wind, Hydro, Biomass and Biogas.
• Deal sourcing: Assist in sourcing investment opportunities in the European Cleantech market
Education:-
• Strong academic background, degree required preferable subjects are; Finance, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences/Renewables or Business.
Core Requirements:-
• Fluent in Italian and English
• At least 1 years experience in the financial sector.
• Experience and or contacts in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to develop stringent investment hypotheses and a compelling investment case for internal investment decisions
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
• Confidence to approach senior members of target companies including banks, intermediaries and portfolio companies

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of constantly changing priorities
