Specific responsibilities include:

  • Direct the organization’s operations to meet budget and other financial goals and take actions as necessary to ensure long range financial viability and growth needs

  • Work with department directors to document work processes and develop organizational policies.
  • Work closely with the Director of Research and Standards as well as the Director of Applications to develop and execute a quality assurance process for data, software, analysis and reports in both departments as well as across the organization as needed. You will foster a learning organization culture through project debriefs and continuous improvement processes.
