Description

My client  is one of the leading technology provider with respect to high-end solar grade polysilicon and monosilane gas production as well as plant engineering. They are looking to recuit two senior scientists to work on the R&D of higher efficiecny cells.

 

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the technology of the process pyrolysis system
  • Responsible for the design and optimization of machines, equipments and simulation of process steps
  • Plan and service the process systems and monitor budget
  • Responsible for the silicon handling
  • Design of the electrotechnical equipment and monitor all inferfaces
  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
  • Prepare training material and documents and conduct trainings
  • Development, integration and characterization of wet-chemical processes for (MWT) solar cell production.
  • Development of improved rear side passivation and advanced metallization routes for new processes.
  • Process integration and improvement of existing processes.

 

Requirements:-

  • You will need PHD (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering) and a knowledge of of process installations and process technology would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of, or experience of working in a chemical plant
  • Basic knowledge of simulation tools and CAD-planning tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Implement new ideas and be creative and flexible
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
  • At least 5-10 years work experience, with a proven track record  
  • Specific, proven experience of silicon wafers and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational direction, demonstrating strong decision making skills
  • Proven ability to successfully implement and execute programmes and drive high performance
  • The achievement of results through effective delegation
  • Ability to promote and provide a strong customer focused service
