Point Carbon, the leading provider of news and analysis for the carbon and energy markets, is looking to add a CDM/JI Analyst to join the Research and Advisory team
The successful candidate will be based in Oslo.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Main responsible for analytical client retention to subscribers of Point Carbon’s CDM/JI tools
- Contribute to further development of analysis and functionality of Carbon Project Manager (CPM) and Carbon Valuation Tool (CVT) , the world’s leading tools for CDM/JI investors
- Work closely with various teams
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree or similar degree from university, for example in finance, industrial economics or technology management
- Experience from carbon market, especially CDM/JI is beneficial
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Committed, reliable and professional
- Excellent command of written and oral English
- Enjoys travelling
- Outgoing with good communication skills
- Work independently with limited supervision or as part of a team
