CBM/CMM project developer

A leading carbon finance house is looking for a project developer in Beijing to focus on CBM/CMM projects.

Responsibilities of the role will be:

·         Developing CMM projects in line with new legislation

·         Helping to secure any necessary project financing

·         Bringing projects through to commercialization in the long term

The ideal candidate will:

·         Be fluent in Mandarin

·         Have strong experience with Coal Bed Methane projects in China, both on the development and utilisation side

·         Have an engineering background eg. environmental engineering, chemical engineering etc
