Our client is a London based Commodity Trading Firm which is looking to increase it's position in the emissions market and leverage existing relationships with regard to carbon trading..
This company is looking for a Sales Trader to be responsible for revenue generation returns on a set amount of investment capital.
You will be responsible for a broad range of Carbon credits from CDM and JI methodologies and UN allocated allowances covering EAU, ERU and CER (primary and secondary), and including Spot, Forwards, Futures and Options, mainly OTC.
All applicants are required to have at least three years experience in the Carbon and Emissions markets having preferably worked on EU ETS markets since its inception on both analysis and execution areas.
You must have a deep understanding of the CDM and JI market and experience of developing a business plan and strategy to realize the potential value of investors capital.
This position requires an enterpreneurial type of personality as you will be given the opportunity to develop the desk and build a team of professionals.
