To join our headquarters in Hamburg we are currently looking for a

Carbon Project Manager (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Managing a carbon project portfolio focusing on Asia and Africa 
  • This includes interacting with project owners, auditors, the UN, the Gold Standard Foundation, etc. and managing a network of consultants and their assignments as well
  • Providing support in the strategic portfolio management and preparing credit issuance forecasts
  • Supporting the company’s management in the strategic business development for Carbonbay 
  • Visiting trade fairs and conferences to establish a sales network and preparing regular portfolio updates on credit availability for partners and clients

Your Profile:

  • Master’s or a bachelor’s degree 
  • 2-5 years of working experience in carbon markets
  • Used to work independently and in a target-oriented way
  • Strong communication & networking skills
  • Willing to travel to meet partners and attend conferences and trade fairs
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); good knowledge in German is an advantage
