Our client is a new social enterprise dedicated to helping communities help themselves to reduce the energy use and carbon emissions of their homes. Working together, communities are able to share knowledge, encourage each other and reduce costs. They support communities in developing their network and provide them with a comprehensive range of products to achieve cost- and carbon-effective energy saving in their community. We are looking for an enterprising individual who will help in the next stage of development: building networks with communities and suppliers; developing the operating plan; and preparing for the full launch in September 2010. You will be expected to work very independently and will report directly to the Directors of the company. We are looking for an individual to work 20-25 hours per week between now and September (with an option of extending to a full-time position after September).
