The successful applicant will manage all administrative and finance systems and provide support to the three Broads Area Team reserves and the North Denes seasonal little tern protection project. Currently the administrative functions are managed separately at a site level and one of the key roles of the successful applicant will be to organise the transition to a more centralised system. Upkeep of office and visitor reception, including managing contractors to clean and maintain structures, maintaining stocks of supplies (both visitor and reserve administration consumables) will be another key function. Essential skills are RSA 2 typing, at least GCSE/O level in maths and English, at least two years experience in office administration and experience working with financial tracking systems and procedures.Ability to use MS Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
