We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated fieldworker, to help undertake monitoring of England's main hen harrier population, on the United Utilities Bowland estate in Lancashire. You will liaise with UU staff and its tenants, other raptor fieldworkers and staff from other agencies. The post will also help monitor other key upland species such as merlin and ring ouzel. You will have good fieldwork skills, an ability to communicate well and to coordinate the activities of others, and a flexible approach to your work. The post will make use of nest cameras to help monitor nests, and will be involved in leading guided walks.
