Falkland Islands/Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The overall purpose of the post will be to carry out a garden plants survey in the Falkland Islands, around Stanley and at other former settlement areas. In addition, the postholder will carry out analysis and assist in the identification process for a set of botanical specimens collected at Tristan da Cunha and now located at RBG Kew. The postholder will be expected to spend around 3 months in the Falkland Islands, and the remainder of the contract period working at Kew.

Salary

£18,000 - £20,000 pa
