The postholder will inspire and enthuse visitors to The Famous Grouse Experience distillery about the work of the RSPB, the link between the new Black Grouse whisky and black grouse conservation and to encourage visitors to support RSPB through membership. The postholder must understand the issues of partnership working. They should have experience in people engagement, both with adults and children and must show initiative, have a natural interest in wildlife and the environment and have a friendly, approachable and dedicated disposition.
