ZSL Whipsnade Zoo seeks an experienced Bird Keeper to work with a variety of birds throughout the zoo The successful candidate will have a proven track record of bird husbandry and management including reproductive management and incubation techniques and be able to demonstrate a range of skills and knowledge in this field. In addition good communication skills and enthusiasm are essential. The ANCZAM qualification or similar is an advantage although those with appropriate experience and ability will also be considered. In return we offer an attractive package of remuneration including a salary range between £15000 - £22000 pa depending on experience.
