The Bumblebee Conservation Trust seeks to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly capable individual to deliver work as part of our new three-year Bees for Everyone project. This exciting and innovative UK wide project aims to raise awareness of bumblebees and to support rare species through active conservation work to provide the flower-rich habitats they need.
As BfE Outreach Officer you will be responsible for the effective delivery of outreach elements of Bees for Everyone, and the main point of contact for public enquiries.
Working closely with the BfE Outreach Manager, you will raise awareness through delivery of a programme of events and regular online updates.
With experience working in the environmental sector, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for bumblebees. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of engagement work including delivery of a variety of events.
