The Bumblebee Conservation Trust seeks to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly capable individual to deliver work as part of our new three-year Bees for Everyone project. This exciting and innovative UK-wide project aims to raise awareness of bumblebees and to support rare species through conservation work.
As BfE Outreach Manager you will project-manage the outreach elements of the project, including line management of the BfE Outreach Officer. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing production of interpretive materials, including exciting online resources, as well as managing and supporting volunteers
With experience of working to educate and/or develop interpretive and awareness-raising materials, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for engaging people with bumblebees and their habitats. You will have proven skills in project management and delivery, and the ability to motivate and support staff and volunteers.
Your communication skills will be excellent which, together with your creativity and attention to detail, will enable you to produce innovative and engaging resources.
