Our client is seeking an Associate Director who will lead a team of experts working on sustainability in the built environment. Typically this would include environmental assessment, eco-efficiency (waste, water, energy and materials), materials sourcing and procurement, green design, travel planning, social responsibility and planning and regeneration. 

Daily duties will include not only the management of more junior staff, but also business development across the various business streams. 

Other duties will include:
- Building performance assessments, e.g. BREEAM 
- Bid evaluation
- Life cycle assessment, eco-efficiency and design solutions
- Strategy development
- Stakeholder engagement
- Sustainability appraisal
- Socio-economic impact assessment 

Candidates should have as a minimum Bachelors Degree in either Civil Engineering or Environmental Consulting. Architecture and other forms of Design Engineering candidates are also welcome to apply.
