GBCI is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented industrial-organizational specialist with experience in portfolio assessments and project/product management for a customized examination system to serve as a LEED Fellow Program Associate. This is a junior level position that will be responsible for working with nominators, nominees, senior staff and the Board of Directors for all program development, implementation and maintenance.
Candidates must be able to work in GBCI’s Washington, D.C. office.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Work with staff and committees to develop all programmatic guidance documents, including a training program for committee members and external customer service personnel
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for all processes
- Work with committees, subject matter experts, and staff to develop, implement and beta test all policies and procedures for program
- Create reports for senior management
- Work with IT department on development and QA/QC of web portal
- Work with marketing/communication to develop public dissemination materials
- Provide customer service to nominators and nominees
- Perform other departmental tasks as assigned
Education and Training Requirements/Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience Requirements
- Prior relevant professional experience in test development strongly preferred
