We are looking for an individual with the experience and drive to help manage MOM's Health & Beauty Aides and Supplements Department at our Rockville location


Salary Range: The salary level for this position is based on experience and skill level. We offer competitive salaries and benefits.

Duties:Duties: Areas of responsibility for the Assistant Wellness Manager are assisting the Wellness Manager is the following areas:

- Inventory and stocking

- Managing and training store-level Wellness staff

- Providing excellent customer service

Candidates must also be self-motivated and effective leaders. They must exhibit a sense of urgency in the completion of daily tasks. This position requires someone who is hands-on and able to motivate and delegate. Must be active and able to be on your feet for extended amounts of time and able to pickup at least 40lbs. Must be computer literate (business systems and MS Office Suite).

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills. Candidates should have a flexible schedule. Knowledge of HBA/Supplements products or nutrition a plus. Must have some experience in a supervisory role. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. And most of all - applicants must have a desire to learn!!!!
