You will assist the with the management of the increasing land holding in South Essex, currently 651ha with further increases expected in 2009, with plans to increase holding to 2,000ha+. You should be a dynamic and motivated individual with good management, organisational, people and habitat management skills, and an ability to lead a team of reserve volunteers.
