My client is one of the largest global developers with an outstanding reputation for excellence. They develop, construct and operate large scale on and offshore wind farms nPosition Overview: nThe successful candidate will be responsible for working along side the Construction Site Manager and assisting in managing the day to day construction of the wind farm.nResponsibilities:n- Assisting the Construction Manager in the delivery of projects through the construction phasen- Ensuring site standards are established and observedn- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progression reportsn- Overseeing the control of quality of the works and compliance with the contractual specificationsn- Assisting the Construction Manager in maintaining the construction budgetnEducation: The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering qualification related to construction

Core Requirements:-n- Good understanding of the wind industryn- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a supervisory rolen- Proven ability to excel in a construction related role with a particular focus on safety training

nGeneral Requirements:-n- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organizationn- Previous experience of works containing LV, HV elements and lifting operations would be highly beneficialn- Excellent problem solving skillsn- Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results

nKey SkillsnWind farm construction experience, electrical engineering qualification related to construction, good understanding of construction principles, safety training experience, Scotland.
