Description
Could you help us maximise our sales and memberships potential here at Darts Farm? We are located close to the Exe Estuary, one of the richest and most beautiful wildlife areas in the country. We need an experienced Assistant Manager to help deliver the efficient running of our shop. You will be part of a team of staff and volunteers, and will help the RSPB achieve its retail and membership targets. Working in the RSPB shop you will help ensure that the RSPB's presence at Darts Farm maintains its reputation for being a high class retail outlet and information point. You will have previous experience and be able to demonstrate good communication and customer care skills that this exciting opportunity demands. Weekend and bank holiday working is required on a rota basis.
