As a member of our recruitment team you will learn the most advanced Recruiting strategies/ techniques, relationship building and human resource management skills through your daily duties; which will include: ? Recruiting experienced and talented individuals through extensive telephone calling, Internet, referrals, direct mail and other advanced recruitment techniques. Position requires at least 2+ years experience working in a recruiting environment, understanding of the recruitment process, as well as, candidate must have the abilities to conduct extensive telephone activities on a daily basis. We believe that the best Recruiters are dedicated self-starters that thrive in an environment where hard work and determination are standard.
