Trout Unlimited is a national organization with 300,000 members and supporters organized into over 400 chapters and councils nationwide. These dedicated grassroots volunteers are matched by a respected staff of organizers, lawyers, policy experts, and scientists, who work out of more than 45 offices across the country. Our mission is to conserve, protect, and restore North America's cold-water fisheries and their watersheds. POSITION SUMMARYThe Aquatic Resources Seasonal Intern will report directly to Chris Collier, Great Lakes Stream Restoration Manager, and will assist with projects to restore aquatic connectivity and in-stream habitat in Northern Wisconsin. The position will require frequent overnight travel (camping in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest) and will work three days a week, not to exceed 30 hours per week. This position is expected to last May 2019 through August 2019. Some weekend work will be required. This position is not eligible for benefits. The position is based in Crandon, Wisconsin.
