Do you have excellent communication skills, a friendly telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure? Can you demonstrate excellent customer service and organizational skills? Then this is the job for you. As part of our busy Retail & Admissions department here at ZSL London Zoo you will be answering telephone queries from our customers, giving information and assisting the department with general admin including supporting the web shop and data entry.
You will work 6 hours per day on a two week roster which includes weekends. The post is available for an immediate start and will finish in September 2010.
