The company is looking for an Account Director to join the commercial team based in London.
Main responsibilities will include:
-develop, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with a group of key clients;
-keep up to date with the industry sector, products and services;
-ensure company’s customer retention and upsell;
-work closely with your customers to identify customer service delivery improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in building and managing relationships, networking, ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Fluency of one other European language in addition to English is an advantage.
