Job descriptionYou will act as Team leader for an assignment dedicated to the execution of a feasibility study for the construction of a large capacity wastewater treatment plant You will manage a team of French and Vietnamese experts: treatment engineers, urban hydraulic engineers, designers. You will also maintain sound & close relationship with the Project Owner/Beneficiary, Local Authorities, Line Ministries and International Financing Institutions involved. You will ensure successful completion of the assignment, and be reporting directly to SCE International Department.Qualification and experienceØUniversity degree in Water treatment or Water engineering. Ø10 to 15 years of general professional experience in the field of wastewater treatment & wastewater engineering preferably gained in the consulting & engineering field, or in the wastewater treatment plant design & build industryØYou hold a sound and comprehensive experience as Team leader working on major international projects and successfully managing multidisciplinary teams. ØYou are experienced in conducting feasibility study for major WWTP (several hundred thousand PE+) and ideally in preparation of projects financed by international funding institutions (WB, ADB,…) ØExtensive understanding of the stakeholders framework under international projects (Clients, Beneficiaries, Authorities, IFI, etc.)ØFluency in both spoken and written English with good written and oral communication skills is mandatory.
