Enviroschools Facilitator, (Temporary)

The East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy is seeking a person to facilitate the Enviroschools Programme, averaging eight hours per week, on a fixed term basis until December 2010. 

 

The role involves supporting teachers and students with environmental learning and action, building relationships with community experts and working collaboratively with a range of educators.  The successful applicant will be self motivated, confident, enthusiastic and highly organised. 

 

Knowledge of Education for Sustainability, sustainable practices and Maori perspectives of the environment, would be an advantage. 

 

Applicants must be NZ Registered teachers.
