Field Assistant with Baboons

This project is looking for volunteers with an interest in animal behaviour and ecology to assist with field-based wildlife research on desert baboons. These positions combine practical research with training and are entirely field-based. The fieldwork includes daily observation of baboon troops and collecting data on social behaviour. Volunteers are needed from late August to late November, 2018. 

This is an amazing opportunity to share the lives of wild baboons in a beautiful desert landscape and learn new skills and gain experience.

No cost, all work-related expenses are covered, including accommodation, all meals, research visa and travel insurance. The project will also contribute towards the volunteers' airfare.
